The Assignment comprises the design, implementation, and the management and maintenance of a collective heat-cold network in Tilburg Zuid (Lot 1) and Kenniskwartier (Lot 2). It concerns an extensive and phased area development in which new construction, large-scale renovation, and existing buildings are connected to a sustainable 5th generation heat-cold network. In Annex 1 - List of projects, an overview of the various projects per lot is provided. Annex 2 describes the energy concept and the two lots.
