The VTS simulator is an integral learning tool for the (initial) training of Vessel Traffic Service Operators in the Netherlands. The purpose of this market consultation is to gain a broader insight into: - The feasibility and possibilities of realizing the VTS (Vessel Traffic Services) simulator based on the stated requirements and wishes. - The (estimated) lead times for the purchase and delivery of a VTS simulator. - The (estimated) costs of a VTS simulator.
