01What is being requested

Execution of mooring services for ocean-going vessels for berthing and unberthing or anchoring in the port of Den Helder for a period of four years with two extensions.

N.V. Port of Den Helder has a public quay that is used 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Vessels must register in advance to be allowed to use the quay. In doing so, vessels can make use of mooring services for the berthing or unberthing of vessels. The current contract ends on 31 December 2025. For this reason, Port of Den Helder has launched a new procurement procedure. Port of Den Helder wishes to enter into a new agreement as of 1 January 2026.
