The assignment, to be executed during the 2026 summer recess (28 July - 28 August) consists of:1) The supply and ready-to-use installation of new audiovisual equipment in the Council Chamber and 4 adjacent rooms;2) service and maintenance agreement regarding the supplied audiovisual equipment and previously supplied audiovisual equipment that is not being replaced in summer 2026;3) A framework agreement to supply additional audiovisual equipment during the term of the agreement, partly for equipment to be replaced at a later stage than the equipment not being replaced in the initial assignment
