Based on the Traffic Circulation Plan (VCP), the urban ring road Van Reenensingel – Goudse Houtsingel - Goverwellesingel is being improved. The adjustments in the Goudse Houtsingel are part of a broader vision to divert through traffic from the city center and better utilize the ring roads for the handling of car traffic.
