The Municipality of Capelle aan den IJssel is looking for three parties to draw up a municipality-wide environmental plan together with the contracting authority for the Municipality of Capelle aan den IJssel, in accordance with the requirements described in this request for tender and accompanying documents. This municipality-wide environmental plan must be adopted by our municipal council before 19 December 2031.
