01What is being requested
This Privacy Covenant establishes agreements between municipalities, youth care, and partnerships regarding the processing of personal data of young people in the cooperation between these parties.
The assignment consists of the provision of services within the framework of the Jeugdwet in the form of products and/or trajectories and/or packages (hereinafter referred to as products) to youths and/or their caregivers residing in the province of Groningen for the period from 1 January 2018 up to and including at latest 31 December 2027. Both new and already contracted Jeugdhulppaanbieders may apply during this entry round for the provision of products as of 1 January 2026, as these are included in Annex 6 Aanmeldformulier.
