01What is being requested
The assignment concerns the provision of social support to promote self-reliance and participation for the care region Midden-IJssel/Oost-Veluwe during the period 2026 - 2030.
The Municipality of Apeldoorn, the Municipality of Brummen, the Municipality of Epe, the Municipality of Hattem, the Municipality of Heerde, the Municipality of Lochem, the Municipality of Voorst and the Municipality of Zutphen are jointly conducting the admission procedure for bespoke facilities for social support, but as individual municipalities, they will enter into a framework agreement with the individual providers that successfully complete the admission procedure.
