Hire of a Program/Project Controller and a Project Support Staff member for the execution of services.
MRDH wishes to enter into a hiring agreement for the support of programs/projects with one experienced Project/Program Controller and one Project Support Staff member (No freelancers/ZZP'ers) who possess knowledge of and an understanding of the public function of the MRDH. Of particular importance is having experience with cooperation between various public parties, the governance this requires, and the manner in which this is settled with partners via subsidies and/or cooperation agreements and how accountability is reported on this.
