01What is being requested
Supply of ergonomically sound basic home office furniture (such as desks and office chairs) to employees of COA. The assignment includes the furnishing and management of a catalogue, home delivery, assembly, installation, and repairs within the warranty. The Framework Agreement has a duration of two years with two options of a maximum of 12 months (up to 48 months total) and a maximum contract value of € 915,000 excluding VAT.
Within the scope of the Assignment falls: - Supply of desks and office chairs in accordance with the program of requirements; - The furnishing and management of a catalogue established in coordination, including data exchange with COA; - Delivery to the home addresses of employees; - Assembly and installation of the furniture at the home workspace (if applicable); - Repairs within the warranty period.
