Within Amsterdam UMC, in addition to our standard molecular diagnostics, there is a demand for a wide range of molecular rapid diagnostics where a short TAT and flexibility are essential for both patient care and the laboratory workflow. Furthermore, a uniform and standardized workflow has been designated, as this molecular rapid diagnostics is performed in different laboratories. For these applications, it is necessary to be able to use rapid random access, sample-in-result-out equipment.
