01What is being requested

Delivery of a SaaS-SIS for MBO courses and contract education of STC, including implementation, hosting, maintenance, and integrations. The contract covers approximately 3,000 students and runs until at most 31 July 2031 with options for extension.

The Scheepvaart en Transport College (STC) currently uses Magister as a student information system (SIS) for both MBO, VMBO, and contract education. However, Magister's support for MBO will cease as of 1 August 2027. This means that all MBO institutions in the Netherlands, including STC, must implement an alternative SIS before that time. For VMBO, Magister will be maintained. For STC, the objective of this procurement is the timely contracting and implementation of a new SIS for the MBO courses and contract education, so that STC can fully transition in the summer of 2027.
