The assignment comprises broad strategic advisory within the housing domain. It concerns, in broad terms, strategic advisory services from a housing perspective. However, housing has direct interfaces with other disciplines and largely concerns integrated advice (in which other disciplines must be included, such as: FM, IT, HRM, Communication, Finance, and Operations) and organization-related issues from a housing perspective.

Ensure a multidisciplinary team that combines the 5 mandatory expertises (Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Data Analysis, Sustainability, and Business Continuity Management) with at least 2 optional expertises to meet the suitability requirement G1. Verify whether the reference assignments meet the strict criteria for GFA (minimum 300,000 m2) and the number of locations (minimum 25). Take into account the integrated approach where housing is linked to disciplines such as FM, IT, HRM, Communication, Finance, and Operations.
