01What is being requested
The assignment concerns the supply of software licenses and the provision of software brokerage, including license management and strategic advice. Through this procurement, BVEB aims to enter into an agreement with one (1) contractor for the supply of software licenses and the provision of associated services in the form of software brokerage. BVEB wishes to be relieved of the burden regarding software license management, in which transparency, legality, and efficiency are central. Additionally, the Contractor is expected to actively support the Contracting Authority with strategic and tactical advice regarding the use, configuration, and optimization of the software landscape.
