The Oranjewijk is located on the southeastern corner of Urk. It is the successor to the Zeewijk plan. The Oranjewijk consists of three phases. The last remaining and buildable building plot is located at the Constantijnstraat/Wilhelminalaan in phase 3 of the Oranjewijk. Through a public selection and assessment procedure, the Municipality is looking for a suitable party to develop, realize, and operate at least 16 homes for the (mid-market) rental sector on the building plot at the Constantijnstraat/Wilhelminalaan.
