The Municipality of Texel has agreed with the school boards of the Kopwerk foundation, the Samenwerkingsschool foundation, and the Sarkon foundation that a new educational center (hereinafter referred to as the OCT) will be realized in Den Burg, which will house 5 primary schools, all of which are part of one of these foundations.
