ROVK for maintenance and process automation of the Combined Heat and Power Plant of the Ministerie van Defensie.

The Energiedistributiebedrijf (EDB) of the Ministerie van Defensie in Den Helder manages the distribution and production of electricity and heat at the locations in Den Helder. This means, among other things, that the EDB manages a Combined Heat and Power Plant (KWS), 10kV 50Hz and 12kV 60Hz medium-voltage distribution networks, and a district heating network.
