RI&E roofs municipal buildings

The Municipality of Venlo is seeking a service provider for a risk inventory and evaluation (RI&E) of all municipal roofs. The contractor must deliver a detailed plan of approach with proposed control measures to ensure safe working on roofs. The service provider must demonstrate experience with construction and safety inspections, knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (such as the Building Decree, Working Conditions Act and NEN standards), and a structured methodology for risk analysis. The results must be delivered within an agreed timeframe, including a report, an action plan, and a monitoring plan. The contracting authority expects transparent pricing, clear project planning, and references from comparable assignments.
