01What is being requested

Renovation of the De Aventurijn location in Nijmegen, whereby a construction team contractor is selected to participate in the design process and the final realization of the building.

De Aloysiusstiching (hereinafter: 'the Contracting Authority') intends to have the renovation of De Aventurijn in Nijmegen carried out. The design team has since been selected and the design phase will commence shortly. Upon completion of the VO phase, the design must be further developed within a construction team framework. The construction team contractor to be added to the design team will therefore be selected through this tender. The Contracting Authority intends to select one Bidder and has issued a European non-public procurement procedure for this purpose.
