Realization and maintenance of 6.6kV shore power supplies (transformer stations with shore power supply and connection facilities)

The Ministry of Defence, Royal Netherlands Navy, invites companies to submit bids for the national open procedure (ARW 2016) for the realization and maintenance of 2 to 4 6.6 kV shore power supplies. These include transformer stations with shore power supply and connection facilities, essential for the operational availability of maritime installations. The procurement is conducted entirely electronically via Negometrix. The contractor must provide the design, construction, installation, commissioning, and periodic maintenance of the shore power supplies, taking into account the safety and quality standards of the defence sector. The contractor is expected to possess relevant experience in electrical infrastructure, project management, and maintenance contracts within a defence environment. The procedure follows the ARW 2016, published in the Staatscourant 2020, no. 30657. The contracting authority offers a transparent, open, and digital selection procedure, in which technical, financial, and organizational suitability will be assessed.
