Framework agreement Thin Clients, docking stations, laptops, smartphones and tablets

The IJsselgemeenten are implementing a framework agreement for the supply of Thin Clients, docking stations, laptops, smartphones and tablets. The objective is a uniform, cost-efficient and sustainable IT infrastructure for the municipalities in the IJsselmeer region. The procedure is public, ensuring all interested suppliers receive an equal opportunity. The agreement focuses on technical compatibility with existing systems, high security standards, energy efficiency and a clear service and maintenance plan. Suppliers must demonstrate that their products comply with Dutch and EU data protection standards and must offer a plan for training and support. Selection will be based on price, technical quality, sustainability and service level, with an emphasis on long-term cooperation and scalability. The framework agreement provides a fixed basis for future upgrades and expansions, allowing the municipalities to respond flexibly to technological developments.
