WSRL wishes to enter into a framework agreement with five (5) suppliers for the supply of mechanical and technical materials that meet the specified formal requirements, grounds for exclusion, and suitability requirements, and which, based on the BPKV award criteria, constitute the five best bids. Currently, WSRL procures various mechanical and technical materials. This is done by employees who require them in the performance of their duties.
