01What is being requested
Supply, implementation, and maintenance of a Cloud-Based Process Mining Capability solution including maintenance, support, and additional consultancy. The contract has a maximum duration of 20 years and the solution must be fully operational by January 1, 2026, at the latest.
The Belastingdienst has an existing agreement (UiPath) for its current Process Mining Capability (PMC), which Douane also utilizes. This agreement is expiring and has certain functional limitations due to its on-premise nature. Consequently, Douane requires a cloud solution for Process Mining. This is, and will not be available in the short term, within the IV organization of the Belastingdienst and is therefore being acquired specifically for Douane.
