Delivery of one Software-as-a-Service (SaaS service) for a Print Scan Management solution through which central government employees can print, scan, and copy on all available printers in the central government offices.
The Contracting Authority wishes to procure a Print Scan Management solution (PSM Solution) from the Contractor, so that central government employees can print, scan, and copy on all available printers in the (central government) offices. The Contractor shall deliver one Software-as-a-Service (SaaS service) through which the central government can realize the services as described in the procurement documents. The PSM Solution will be the central environment for government-wide printing. The solution manages printing to all MFPs at all (central government) offices.
