The Municipality of Amstelveen wishes, by means of a tender for land disposal, to contract a party for the development and realization at its own expense and risk of homes on the development location Landtong. This concerns both mid-market rental homes in a larger apartment building at the Landtong and mid-market owner-occupied homes in three smaller buildings at the Kringloop. The buildings on the Landtong side will have five residential floors, while the buildings on the polder side will have four residential floors.
