The Municipality of Purmerend wishes to contract a Partner to jointly realize the redevelopment of the Schapenmarkt location in Purmerend (the Project Area). The Development Task briefly concerns the realization of a boutique hotel with approximately sixty (60) rooms, fifteen (15) dwellings (mid-market apartments or a total area of approximately 1,150 m² GFA) and parking spaces.
