Partnership for the development, construction, and sale of a residential area in the Schrijversbuurt. The assignment includes the development and phased construction of approximately 330 - 430 homes in the social rental sector and approximately 300 homes for the market, including a separate assignment for overall project coordination.
Woonopmaat represents a massive task to make its assets future-proof and, where possible, to expand them; the need for good and affordable housing remains undiminished in the northern IJmond region. The Municipality of Heemskerk aims to grow to a population of 40,000+. This creates a shared ambition and task regarding the expansion of the housing stock.
