Outsourcing of collection and objection for municipal parking enforcement in Maastricht – structural from 1 October 2024.
One of the tasks of the contracting authority is parking enforcement. The contracting authority carries out this enforcement in-house. At the end of 2024, the contracting authority will start using scanning cars for this purpose. The intended planning is currently that these scanning cars will be deployed as of 1 December 2024. Following parking enforcement (personnel enforcement or enforcement via scanning cars), supplementary assessments are issued. These supplementary assessments must be imposed and collected. Objection and appeal are possible against an imposed supplementary assessment. If
