01What is being requested

The Municipality of Leeuwarden has a closed service procurement for a public transport pass for residents of Friesland, in which Qbuzz is the sole provider of public transport in the region. The contracting authority wishes to procure a pass for our residents so that they can make use of public transport in Friesland. The pass is used within the Participation, Student Transport, and Integration teams. The pass is deployed in various ways, both for single trips and for trips lasting 1 to 5 days. Public transport is used so that our residents can travel to a reintegration site, work, volunteer work, or school. The Municipality of Leeuwarden has used the Meedoen Pas or the Voor Elkaar Pas from Arriva for the public transport of our residents for Participation, Student Transport, and
