What are the arrangements for the takeover of aids at the end of the framework agreement?
Upon expiry of the agreement (including extension), the contractor shall offer the outstanding aids for takeover to the new party at a fee customary in the industry. If agreement on the transfer cannot be reached, the contracting authority shall act as a mediator.
How is the value of the aids calculated upon takeover?
A customary calculation is the Gross Catalogue Price (BCP) minus 20% over 84 months (60 months for children's aids). The year of purchase is used, and a minimum residual value of 5% is maintained.
What is the obligation of the contractor upon termination of the contracts?
The contractor must continue the agreed services for a maximum of six months as long as no agreement has been reached regarding the takeover of aids. The contractor is personally responsible for a warm handover to another provider.
What coverage is expected from the supplier regarding the aids?
The contractor must be able to supply all aids from the various product groups, which amounts to 100% coverage of the various categories as described in the Product Catalogue (PDC).
