01What is being requested
Procurement of re-integration and participation instruments for the implementation of the Participation Act by three municipalities. The assignment concerns a framework agreement with an estimated value of approximately € 3,000,000 for the period 2026-2029.
This is an Open House procedure for Re-integration and Participation. This is not a procurement procedure; the Public Procurement Act 2012 is not applicable. The Open House Admission Procedure makes it possible, during the entire term of the agreement, to admit any bidder capable of providing the relevant services under pre-established conditions, whereby the contracting authority does not perform a selection among bidders. Due to the freedom of choice of the clients themselves, no guarantee of turnover or volume is provided.
02Strategic insight
Ensure that all supporting documents, such as the GVA and KvK extracts, are exactly valid within the specified timeframes. Take into account the possibility of interim admission once the first round has been completed. Check whether the insurance conditions align with industry standards.
