Performing energy scans for commercial buildings and business processes of micro and small SMEs in the Province of Utrecht via a digital directory until a maximum of 30 October 2026.
The Province of Utrecht is participating in the National Program Specific Grant (SpUk) Commercial Real Estate, which runs until 1 May 2027. Within this SpUk, there are two programs, including the SME Relief Program (OMKB). The Province of Utrecht has the task of providing relief to 591 micro and small SMEs by making their commercial buildings more sustainable. The province intends, via a so-called open house procedure, to contract bidders for energy scans of commercial buildings and, where relevant, business processes (as included in the EML list and including relevant supra-legal measures

Fixed rates are used based on a scale per number of m2. Up to 1,000 m2: € 1,500; Up to 2,500 m2: € 2,000; Up to 5,000 m2: € 2,500; Up to 10,000 m2: € 3,000; Up to 15,000 m2: € 3,400; Up to 20,000 m2: € 3,900.
