From 2025, homeowners in the Province of Groningen and the Noord-Drentse municipalities of Aa en Hunze, Noordenveld, and Tynaarlo can apply for subsidies for the insulation and ventilation of their homes: the insulation approach (Measure 29 subsidy). To support residents in having their homes insulated, support is offered, which we call 'Ontzorging' (Support services). In consultation with the municipalities, 4 lots have been established.
