Perined consists of a branch for perinatal registration and a branch for perinatal audit. The registration receives maternity care data from gynecologists, midwives, pediatricians, and midwives/active general practitioners. Registration occurs via flatfile/upload delivery. Since 2016, HL7v3 delivery has also been utilized. In the future, delivery via HL7FHIR is planned.
