The Municipality of Zwolle has concluded a tender for services regarding the education route for permit holders, part of the Civic Integration Act 2021.

The Civic Integration Act 2021 entered into force on 1 January 2022. The law gives municipalities a key role in enabling immigrants to participate in society. Municipalities have a legal obligation to be able to offer permit holders timely integration services. The education route is one of the learning pathways for permit holders.
