The Stadsbeheer department collects the organic/food waste originating from the various households of the Rotterdam residents. The Contracting Authority has agreements for the processing of the organic/food waste. Due to the expiry of the current agreements for the collection, transfer and transport to the processors of the organic/food waste, this tender is being placed on the market. The Contracting Authority wishes to contract one Entrepreneur for this Assignment.
