01What is being requested
The assignment concerns the step-by-step conversion of the temporary part of the environmental plan into a final environmental plan via amendment decisions. This process follows an area-based approach in which the residential areas are addressed first.
As of 1 January 2024, the Environment Act (Omgevingswet) has entered into force. From that moment, an environmental plan, the 'temporary environmental plan', applies by operation of law to the entire territory of the Municipality of Leudal. Initially, this consists of all currently applicable zoning plans, a number of rules from the ordinances, such as the heritage ordinance, and decentralized national rules (the 'bruidsschat').
