Firda has demonstrated high sustainability ambitions in previous projects. In every new project, it sets the bar for sustainability higher than in the previous project. In this way, it has already gained a lot of experience. The design team has designed a building parametrically and based on building physics principles with approximately 6,000 m² GFA, distributed over three floors, which forms the crown of the Firda Drachten campus, located by the expanding pond area.
