01What is being requested
Execution of the biennial Mental Check Up (MCU) interviews for employees of the Rechtspraak, including the optional procurement of post-trauma interviews, psychological guidance during impactful hearings, peer support training, and mental resilience training. The framework agreement has a fixed term of two years with a maximum term of four years and a maximum contract value of € 1,200,000 excluding VAT.
The core of the Assignment concerns the execution of the biennial MCU interviews. In addition, we may optionally procure additional services. These include: • post-trauma interviews; • psychological guidance before, during, and after impactful hearings; • training and supervising employees in peer support; • mental resilience training.
