The Contracting Authority wishes to identify and select a Supplier who is capable of delivering the following products and services:r/n/r/n• Design (including safety analyses), quality control and manufacture a Type B(U) transport-container. Licensing according IAEA standards a national competent authority is excluded from scope.r/n• The design, including all safety analyses will, after delivery, be the ownership of NRG.
