1.5 Purpose Market Consultation Because many developments are occurring in the fields of construction and sustainable methods, the Municipality wishes to leverage the knowledge and expertise from the market to better describe and inquire about the development, construction, and associated services for the upcoming tender: “design and delivery of the pavilion”.
