A market consultation at the service level is offered, including the participating municipalities in the region.

To monitor the overflow of the municipal sewerage system, the collaborating municipalities of Delft, Den Haag, Midden-Delfland, Maassluis, Rijswijk, Vlaardingen and Westland possess an overflow measurement network. Overflow meters have been placed at more than 200 locations to signal when an overflow from the sewer into the surface water occurs. The current framework agreement for this overflow measurement network expires on 1 January 2027. To this end, it is necessary that a new overflow measurement network is tendered and implemented.
