The VNG wishes to contract highly specialized clinical youth care in a criminal law framework (hereinafter: HK JiSK) on a national level. This market consultation builds upon the previously conducted exploration into the necessary preconditions, the required capacity, and the desired distribution of a possible HK JiSK facility. The consultation focuses on a number of specific questions. In the market consultation, we ask providers for information that can assist us in the elaboration and preparation of the tender and in shaping the program of requirements.
