01What is being requested

The NFI is looking for a partner for the provision of Managed Detection & Response (MDR) services to increase resilience against state actors. The assignment includes 24/7 detection, prevention and initial response for various IT platforms during an initial term of four years.

The NFI wishes to enter into an agreement with an innovative and specialized MDR service provider with a well-considered vision of the MDR field. For the NFI, MDR is more than just a technical solution. The NFI is looking for a service provider that looks beyond standard detections and is specifically capable of applying cybersecurity knowledge and experience to the NFI's situation in order to increase the resilience of the NFI.
