Purpose of the tender This EU public procurement aims to conclude an Agreement with one contractor to meet the need for the execution of mowing maintenance in the Hengelo-Oldenzaal-Enschede-Boekelo area. Description of the Contracting Authority Water is vital to life. We need it as drinking water, for arable farming, in livestock farming and in industry. In the Netherlands, there is usually enough water, but it is often unevenly distributed and polluted. Therefore, water management is necessary.
