Due to the expiring Agreement with AKN, the obligation to conduct an EU procurement for the Assignment, the efficient expenditure of public funds, and the desire of the Contracting Authority to enter into one Framework Agreement with one Contractor for the tenants of the Client, it has been decided to initiate this Procurement Procedure. The Contracting Authority will enter into a Framework Agreement for the cleaning maintenance services as of 1 September 2025.
