Due to the expiring Agreement with AKN, the obligation to conduct an EU procurement for the Assignment, the efficient expenditure of public funds, and the desire of the Contracting Authority to enter into one Framework Agreement with one Contractor for all the tenants of the Contracting Authority, it has been decided to initiate this Procurement Procedure. The Contracting Authority will enter into a Framework Agreement for the provision of cleaning maintenance services as of 1 September 2025.
