01What is being requested
Delivery, intake and reuse of traffic signs, street name signs and accessories such as poles and brackets. The assignment is divided into 5 lots for various government authorities with a maximum duration of 4 years.
The Municipality of Zaanstad wishes to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of traffic signs for the next two years, with two options to extend for one year each. 1 October 2025 is the intended commencement date of the agreement. After the end of the framework agreement, the provisions of this framework agreement shall remain in force insofar as this is necessary for the settlement of ongoing obligations. Based on estimates from previous years, the financial scope of the assignment is expected to be approximately € 200,000 per year. The maximum value of the framework agreement is:
