01What is being requested
Four new mowing machines are to be purchased for the maintenance of public spaces in Coevorden. Existing machine infrastructure is being updated with one uniform set of vehicles, without the use of lots.
The Municipality of Coevorden carries out its mowing policy in-house. The equipment used for this is owned by the municipality. Part of the current equipment needs replacement, and therefore the municipality is issuing a tender for the purchase of four new mowing machines for mowing maintenance in public spaces. The municipality is not using lots for this contract. The reason for this is that, in the context of mutual personnel replacement within public spaces and vehicle maintenance, we want to have all the same machines in use. SMEs are not restricted by the clustering of the contract.
02Exclusion grounds
- No specific exclusion grounds were extracted. In a European tender, the mandatory and discretionary grounds of art. 2.86/2.87 of the Dutch Procurement Act almost always apply — check the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD).
