01What is being requested
The attached regulation concerns the guidelines for the separation of interests in tenders of the Rijksvastgoedbedrijf to prevent conflicts of interest and insider knowledge.
The assignment consists of the supply of Sustainable electricity (electricity and Guarantees of Origin (hereinafter referred to as GOs) to all small-scale consumption connections and the remaining large-scale consumption connections of RVB divers for the calendar years 2026 and 2027. The assignment includes an optional extension of up to three years with periods of at least one calendar year. In practice, this concerns: - the supply of approx. 107,918 MWh per year and 107,918 Dutch Guarantees of Origin (GOs) per year.
